Classroom Policies

  • Attendance: Regular attendance is encouraged to maximize your child's musical development. If you need to miss a class, please mark 'absent' from the student portal and make sure to schedule a make-up class. (make sure you are logged in)​

  • Make-Up Classes: Families are allowed unlimited make-up classes per semester, subject to availability. Make-up classes must be scheduled within the current semester and cannot be carried over. If you know you are unable to make it to a specific class, mark yourself absent and go to the Make-Up Scheduler to ensure you register for a make-up class.

  • Health and Wellness: To maintain a healthy environment, please keep your child at home if they exhibit signs of illness. Our facilities are regularly cleaned, and instruments are sanitized after each class.​

  • Classroom Etiquette: We encourage a supportive atmosphere. Please minimize distractions by silencing mobile devices and refraining from bringing food and toys into the classroom.​

Administrative Policies

  • Registration: All families must complete the registration form prior to attending classes. New families are subject to a one-time, non-refundable $15 registration fee, which will not apply in future semesters.​

  • Communication: Important updates will be communicated via email. To ensure you receive all notifications, please add [email protected] and [email protected] to your safe sender list and check your spam or junk folders regularly.​

  • Class Cancellations: In the event of inclement weather or unforeseen circumstances, class cancellations will be communicated through email and posted on our website. Canceled classes will be rescheduled when possible.​

Financial Policies

  • Tuition Payment: Full payment is due at the time of registration before the start of your first class. If you are interested in installment payment, please email [email protected]

  • Payment Methods: We accept payments via credit card, Paypal and Zelle to [email protected],
    Cash, and Check.

  • Returned Checks: A fee of $25 will be charged for any returned checks due to insufficient funds.​

  • Refund Policy:

    • Before Semester Starts: Cancellations made prior to the first class will receive a full refund minus a $15 processing fee.​
    • After Semester Starts: No tuition refunds are available after classes have begun. Credit towards future classes may be issued at the discretion of the administration.

Privacy Policy

  • By enrolling in a Music Together® class at Bella Beats for Littles, a licensed Music Together center, you agree that any information you provide will be shared with Music Together Worldwide (MTW). For information about how MTW uses and stores your personal information, we encourage you to review the Music Together Worldwide Privacy Policy.

  • We respect your privacy. Your mobile number will only be used for class updates and notifications from Bella Beats for Littles. We do not share or sell your information to third parties. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP.
